Young people today face more pressures, challenges, and influences than ever before. My live talks are designed to educate, empower, and inspire learners, giving them the knowledge and confidence to make positive choices in their lives.

I currently deliver interactive and engaging sessions on:

Online Safety – navigating social media, protecting personal information, recognising online risks, and building digital resilience.

Sexual Health and Relationships – understanding healthy relationships, contraception, sexual health and where to access reliable information and support.


Self-Esteem, Confidence and Mental Health – tackling negative self-image, bullying, building resilience, and developing strategies for positive mental health.

All sessions are tailored to the age group and context of the learners, ensuring the content is accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
